Logistics & New-Build Painters in Epping

Epping is one of the fastest-growing logistics and residential pockets in Melbourne, and our painting program here is built around that pace. We spend a lot of time on tilt-panel warehouse spraying for new builds along the Hume Freeway corridor, applying thermal roof coatings that cut summer heat load inside the building, and finishing freshly poured offices for distribution operators around the Melbourne Wholesale Markets. Dust kicked up by neighbouring construction sites can wreck a fresh paint job, so we time our application windows carefully and use tack rags between coats.

Our boom-lift operators cover the long, vast surface areas typical of these facilities efficiently, and we use high-volume airless spray rigs to push through the production rates the builders require. Every crew member holds a White Card, and we are VBA registered with the high-risk work licences required for EWPs above 11 metres. Our Lead Painter, Mark Davies, runs the program on these big sites, with Paul Henderson on hand for the initial scope and final QA walk.

Residential repaints in Epping North and the new estates around Wollert are also a regular part of our week. These homes are usually 5-10 years old and have just hit the point where the original builder-grade paint has chalked under the western sun. We pressure wash, repair render cracks, and apply two coats of premium Dulux Weathershield for a finish that will outlast the original by years. From Epping we also cover Dandenong along the M80, the Melbourne CBD down the Hume corridor, and Footscray through the western ring.
